Wedding Officiants, ministers and photographers for your sedona wedding
Simple Officiating Package at an Easy-Access Red Rock Location — $295
The most affordable of the Sedona Wedding packages! This package includes the ceremony of your choice performed by an ordained, non-denominational minister at a spectacular free red rock location for a group of up to 10 people. Available Sunday – Friday (for Saturdays add $100). After you book us to officiate your wedding, we will send directions to Wedding Tree Knoll.
Last-minute weddings are okay! We will send a choice of ceremonies that you may customize — you just bring your AZ wedding license and rings. This is the package to choose if you don’t need photography and have two witnesses over 18, but group of not more than 12.
Vow Renewal Package or Commitment Ceremony – Easy-Access Red Rock Location — $295
Simple Officiating Package with 2 Witnesses– $395
For a true elopement of just the two of you, we’ll bring the two witnesses required by AZ law. The wedding ceremony of your choice will be performed by an ordained, non-denominational minister at the easy-access red rock location (mentioned above). This total includes the $50 per witness charge in addition to the Basic Officiating fee. If you choose Saturday or one of the other locations, add $100. If you would like one of the witnesses to capture pics with your phone, add $50.
Locations that require a Reservation or a 10-minute Walk — $395 Officiating Fee: Red Rock Crossing, Slick Rock, Oak Creek, or Loop Trail either require a reservation or a longer walk. Slick Rock and Oak Creek locations are only available for good walkers; if you have elderly or infirm guests, choose an easy-access site. Add two witnesses for an extra $50 each, or add a photography package and the photographer acts as a witness for no extra charge.
Harder-to-Reach Locations — Cathedral Rock Trail, Bell Rock, Yavapai Vista and Airport Vortex require a driver-drop-off or a shuttle because of parking challenges. Not recommended on weekends, holidays, or during our peak months of March/April or October. Call for more info on these locations.
Officiating and Photo Packages:
Budget Officiating Plus Unedited Photos Package –$490 (30 Minutes) or $590 (1 Hr): On a budget and only need a few photos? This Sedona Elopement Weddings package offers officiating plus unedited, professional photographs captured by a professional photographer for 30 Minutes. (Easy-access location officiating fee of $295 and 1/2 Hour Unedited Photos fee of $195.) Perfect for a simple elopement of just the two of you. Photos of the ceremony and license-signing; this package does not include much time for the romantic posed after-shots. 30-Minute package only available at the easy-access location of Wedding Tree Knoll. (For Red Rock Crossing, Slick Rock or Loop Trail, or if you have guests, the 1.5 Hour Unedited Photos package is a better option for $770 — officiating fee costs $395 + 1.5 Hr unedited photos cost $375.)
The Unedited Photos are given to you in Large Jpeg format on the SD card straight from the camera (if you prefer CameraRaw, add $25 for a bigger SD card) or are uploaded onto an online gallery in high resolution. A release form accompanies our photo packages so you may make as many copies or prints as you like.
Sedona Elopement Weddings Officiating & Edited Photos Package: $790 — $990
Sunday-Friday: For a group of 2 — 12 people: Includes the ceremony of your choice officiated at a spectacular easy-access red rock vista plus professional Edited Photography for 1 Hour. ($295 officiating fee plus $495 Photo Package.) The chosen images are edited and uploaded to your own online web gallery that you can share and make high-resolution prints from. For additional photography time, add $100 per 1/2 hour (will include editing). For Red Rock Crossing or Slick Rock, we recommend the Officiating and 1.5 Photography Package for $990 in order to get to all the spectacular photo locations. If a second witness is needed, add $50. Photographer acts as first witness at no extra charge. (For Saturdays, add $100).

For a group of 12+, we recommend the 2 Hour Photo Package $695 
Spiritual Sedona Wedding Package — $1385 A choice of Metaphysical Ceremonies officiated by a local ordained Sedona minister. Sound healing with crystal bowls, bells and drums plus 1.5 Hours of edited photography.
Native American Ceremony Package — $1290 Jim Graywolf creates a Traditional Native American Wedding with drumming and a blanket ceremony. Includes 1.5 Hour Edited Photos. (Ceremony without photography costs $695).
Merry Go Round Rock (see video below) requires a high-clearance Jeep and extra time for the photographer to get those amazing sunset shots. We rent the Jeep — if just the two of you, the driver acts as witness/grip. Cost for a Jeep, Driver/Witness, Officiant, and Photo Package is $1990.
Officiating Package with Location Suggestions for Small Groups: $395
If you have a group of 12–19 and would like an affordable outdoor location for your elopement, we can help you, but only after you book Officiating and/or Photography with our company. We send info on pros-and-cons of the locations (you can only have chairs set up at a couple of spots), we can assist with making location reservations, help you to coordinate whatever you desire–catering (or cater yourself), music, chair rental, flowers, transportation, cake-cutting, champagne toasts, etc. After you pay your deposit to hold your date for our services, the package includes emails and phone calls to answer your questions, directions if you want to go on a self-guided tour before making your final location decision, and on the wedding day, an experienced officiant to help keep things organized! (You may add Photography or not to this package).
Some Locations won’t work for bigger groups: We will not suggest Red Rock Crossing on a Saturday in the summer because of crowds. We will not suggest Bell Rock if you have a larger group than can fit in one car and don’t plan to rent a shuttle. Specific location help is a service we offer after you book our services for officiating and/or photography.
ADVENTURE WEDDINGS (Added fees for Jeeps & Longer Photo Packages):
Merry Go Round Rock, one of our adventurous Sedona wedding locations, requires a high-clearance jeep to get up the rough road and requires a longer photo package, so plan for added costs (with a Jeep rental, it can triple the cost of an elopement at one of our accessible locations).
Angel’s Veiw is a strenuous hike and requires a 3-4 hour photo package. No one around when you arrive! See our Adventure Packages here
Last-Minute Elopements:
Ask us about our easy-access and easy-parking locations. Get married at a gorgeous red rock site without needing a reservation or needing a 4-wheel vehicle on a rough road. Some of our ceremony sites take only a minute or two to walk to. Wedding license info available on our Info/Referrals page–you may pick it up your wedding license in Phoenix or in Yavapai County on your way to Sedona.
GROUPS 15 – 50:
Red Rock Crossing is a lovely, reservable and inexpensive site that includes parking and a covered pavilion where you may have champagne toasts and cake-cutting after the ceremony. We can reserve it for you! Easy-access for elderly or infirm guests, but you may not set up chairs for all your guests, only a few for those who need them. Saturdays in the summer can be very busy there, so any other day is a better choice during the warm months.
GROUPS BIGGER THAN 50:
State Parks: If you are looking for a date in 2024/25, contact Red Rock State Park, who you can call directly. They do allow bigger groups (up to 100 guests) and allow chairs for your guests. It’s possible to create a very affordable wedding if you cater it yourself, or you may just plan to have a champagne toast and wedding cake with your guests after the ceremony.
Time of Day and Time of Year for Photos:
Photos vary with the quality of light during different times of day and different seasons. We think sunset weddings have the prettiest light on the rocks, but in our chillier months here in Sedona, we may suggest an earlier ceremony time because of temperature. As you look at our pictures at the various locations, be aware that they are taken at different times of day and with different skies. A cloudless, sunny day will be much brighter and harsher than a cloudy day–even later in the day. A day that threatens rain may turn out to have the most glorious skies… it’s the unpredictability of having a wedding out in nature!
RESERVING OUR SERVICES for your wedding date.
We ask for a deposit of half the amount of the package you choose. If we have told you we are available on a certain date and another wedding comes in before you make your decision and put down a deposit, your preferred time and location may not be available when you do finally book.
We understand that getting married is not something you do everyday, so there are questions! We have all sorts of info on this site to guide you. There are parking and accessibility issues here in the red rocks. Sometimes a location will be chosen because someone in your family won’t be able to walk far. Be aware that Forest Service locations do not allow you to set up chairs, so guests stand. (You may bring one or two camping chairs if you have an elderly or infirm guest.)
The Processional, or “Making the Grand Entrance.” When a bride does not want the groom to see her until she’s “walking down the aisle” (which is not an “aisle” in these outdoor locations) it adds time and organizing challenges to these weddings out in nature, so plan to add half an hour to the photo package ordered. In most simple elopements, the bride and groom drive together to the site and he’s already seen her in all her finery, but if a bride has always dreamed of seeing the look in his eyes as he’s waiting by the altar (nature’s altar, in this case) we can make that happen. It takes additional time and planning to have a Bridal Party Processional, so we require an extra fee. Please be sure to tell us before the wedding day if you will be arriving separately so we can help you with timing and schedule the officiant to stay longer. When we arrive at the wedding and the groom tells us for the first time that the bride is “on her way,” what can happen is that the couple runs out of photo-time and light before the photos are finished.
**Edited Photography Package Options — For most elopements, photography starts with the ceremony. It includes the signing of the license, group/family shots, and then those wonderful romantic shots in front of the red rocks.
For groups of 10 or more or at Red Rock Crossing or the locations that require a hike, we recommend the 1.5 hour photo package for $595
For groups of 20 or more, we recommend the 2-hour photo package for $695
If you would like “getting-ready” photos at your hotel, add an hour to your photo package.
